Craftcult Ad!

I just bought my very first internet ad ever, look at me looking all official!
Plus, I thought it would be intelligent to try to move some of this Valentines Day stuff before I end up with a half million heart trinkets!

I purchased the ad on Craftcult.com, otherwise known as the Heart-o-Matic or Majaba to we Etsyians. A website started by an Etsy seller (and a glass artist!) to answer the needs of the etsy community to more easily track our shop data. Etsy didnt offer any stats for so long and when they finally did, it was wonky as hell so this site gets boatloads of traffic. Sure.. the traffic is from other Etsy sellers but I dont see that as a bad thing. I personally click on any appealing Majaba ad and Im pretty sure every Etsy seller is a bit of a buyer as well ;0

Im tracking my numbers and I will post my feeling about the experience at the end of the week, next Thursday. No matter, it feels awesome to have finally taken this step!

So, I wouldn't be a good e-commerce capitalist without making some hearts of my own! I just hope they are a little funkier than the usual!

A whole cute line of Dog Lovers pendants have been launched and they are already finding new homes! Copper hearts with dog bones punched through them to let the base color peek through, so adorable!

And I hope you enjoy my Emo Valentines.. broken hearts hand cut by myself to help Emo kids learn to express their true pain inside... HAAAAAAAAA!

Accepted to Trunkt!

You may not be too familiar with Trunkt.org, but it one of the most comprehensive sites for artisans to have their work viewed by global wholesale buyers of some pretty fancypants-ness.

It is a juried site that is pretty exclusive.. This was actually my second attempt at becoming a member! When you see the products they have available amassed by some of the most talented artist you will understand why! hey definitely have an degree of excellence and beauty you have to meet and I am beyond thrilled that I did!

Began in NYC out of the need for unique gifts that were easy to find in one place, they began hosting trunk shows featured gorgeous products and quickly found that buyers were lining up!

A showroom in Tribeca, tons of growth and Trunkt.org was born as a way to reach everyone.. I am so HAPPY to be apart of this!
